The Network Today

How the Program Works
The tools form one annual loop. Condition data sets the plan, the plan sets the work, the work is recorded to a standard, and the record improves the next condition survey.
Assess
Rate every segment by PCR and group it into grades A–F by ward.
StudyFund
Set the yearly budget, allocate it worst-to-best across the 15 wards, add casino funds.
StudyRepair
Log, prioritize, route and dispatch crews; close out each job with photos.
TrackerVerify & Report
Verify completed work to the manual's standard and report by ward and method.
Manual + TrackerGrade → Treatment
Every grade band maps to one treatment. Cheap preventive work keeps good streets good; saw-cut reconstruction is the last resort.
